ANTHONY HOWL
MANAGING PARTNER
Anthony has been working in the real estate and oil and gas industry for over a decade. Anthony is a high-touch Investor known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients, his success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
Anthony was born, raised and currently resides in Arlington, Texas. Anthony and his wife Carrie, have been together for 20 years and married for 13 years. They have two children named Addy and A.J. They recently rescued a dog named Ranger.
When not at work, he enjoys coaching his kid’s soccer teams, hanging out with his family and friends, attending Ranger, Cowboys, Mavericks, Stars and TCU games, vacationing and being by a pool, lake or ocean. He lives by the saying “Work hard. Play hard”
JUSTIN MCNITT
MANAGING PARTNER
Justin has been working in the real estate field for nearly 13 years. He worked as a Landman and Mineral Rights purchaser before getting into the Investor side of the business. Today, he always looks forward to developing great relationships with his clients and making sure they’re being very well taken care of throughout the purchase or sale of each home!
Born in Michigan, but mainly raised in Arlington, Justin has been married to his wife Cortney since 2006. They have two children named MaKenna and Landon, as well as three dogs named Dax, Bentley, and Raven.
Outside of real estate, you can usually find him spending quality time with his family & friends, watching the kids play soccer, softball and football, some golf here and there, and anything outdoors. He says, "Find me a beach, a chair and a cold beverage and I'm a happy camper!" He loves the University of Michigan, the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks and the Texas Rangers.
